Through Natural Language Processing (NLP) we can gain a deeper understanding of language. Also, we can
interprete and manipulate language data. Our aim is to discover more useful information that is not
directly observable from the data set. Insights gained from the data can be valuable to discover useful information for your business to draw
conclusions and to support decision making. Data may be structured, semi-structured or unstructured.
Structured data means there is some kind of given structure such as in a database that has fixed
column headings. For example, in relational databases, each row or entry follows this structure by
providing values for each column. This is what allows structured queries like SQL to reliably
interact with the data. The main advantage of structured data is that its consistent format allows
for efficient storage, retrieval and processing of the data.
Unstructured data may just be plain text like word documents and PDFs. These file types contain blocks of text
that do not have a specific structure. Other examples may be e-mails or websites, which may include structured data
such as html tags and unstructured data such as the content of the site found in the body. Unstructured data makes up a major part of the data that exists in our digital world. We can use natural language
processing (NLP) to give more meaning to unstructured data sets.

Entity Extraction:
Extract people, places, companies, products, dates & times, health data such as specific conditions,
law identifiers, which may include references to particular laws such as GDPR.
Sentiment Analysis:
This could for example be the analysis of sentiments expressed in web-data such as user feedback etc.
Topic Modelling:
This involves the analysis the predominant themes in collections of documents.
Text Classification:
This would include the categorization of messages/documents into defined groups.
